Steps on how you can reset your hoolah account password
From the Consumer Portal:
1. Log on to the consumer portal and click on the "Forgot Password" button.
2. You will be required to key in your email address and the OTP/2FA code will be sent to your registered mobile number.
From the hoolah app:
1. Launch the hoolah app and click on the "Forgot Password" button.
2. You will be required to key in your email address and the OTP/2FA code will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Take note, if your registered mobile number is no longer in use, please reach out to us for assistance.
