How do I sign up for an account?

There are a few ways for you to create an account with us:

📱 Via hoolah Mobile Application

• Download the hoolah App and create an account directly from the app;

• In order to fully utilise the app, you will need to complete your account registration. Click on the button "Complete your details" on the homepage;

• For 🇸🇬 Singapore-based consumers, you can complete your registration via two methods - MyInfo SingPass or Onfido Identity Verification;

• For 🇲🇾 Malaysia and 🇭🇰 Hong kong -based consumers, you can only complete your registration via one method - Onfido Identity Verification.

🛒 Via merchant's checkout page

• Upon checking out, select 'hoolah' as your preferred payment method;

• For Singapore-based consumers, you can only complete your registration via one method - MyInfo Singpass;

• For others, you can proceed to fill in the necessary details on the page.

How do I place an order?
