There are two ways for you to update your payment method:
hoolah CONSUMER PORTAL
Log in to the Consumer Portal
Click on "Payment Method"
Click on "Add Payment Method"
Add your new payment method and remember to set it as default! ✨
To change a payment method, simply select your preferred card and set it as the default
To remove# a payment method, hover over the card and click on the 'delete button.
hoolah MOBILE APPLICATION
Log in to the hoolah app
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Payment method"
Click on the "+" button to add your new payment method, and don't forget to set it as default! ✨
To change a payment method, simply swipe to the left to select your preferred payment method and set it as the default
To remove# a payment method, you'll need to sign in to the Consumer Portal to do so. This function is not available on the app yet.
# - The payment method cannot be removed if you only have one card in your account. At least one card needs to be in your active account.
