There are two ways for you to update your payment method:
hoolah CONSUMER PORTAL
- Log in to the Consumer Portal
- Click on "Payment Method"
- Click on "Add Payment Method"
- Add your new payment method and remember to set it as default! ✨
- To change a payment method, simply select your preferred card and set it as default
- To remove# a payment method, hover over the card and click on the 'delete' button.
hoolah MOBILE APPLICATION
- Log in to the hoolah app
- Click on "Settings"
- Click on "Payment method"
- Click on the "+" button to add your new payment method, and don't forget to set it as default! ✨
- To change a payment method, simply swipe to the left to select your preferred payment method and set it as default
- To remove# a payment method, you'll need to sign in to the consumer portal to do so. This function is not available on the app yet.
# - The payment method cannot be removed if you only have one card in your account, At least one card needs to be in your active account.
