You will need to reach out to the merchant for an order cancellation/refund.

Once merchant has initiated the Partial Refund, we will process the refund amount accordingly.

For Partial Refund, the amount will be used to offset your next installments repayment. Unless you do not have any outstanding installments in your account, the amount will then be refunded back into your card (credit) or bank account (debit).

Typically, the whole process will take three to five business days for the amount to be reflected in your card (credit) or bank account (debit).

You can view your payment status via the consumer portal or download the Hoolah App.
