If your Debit or Credit card is lost or stolen, please block your card immediately by using your financial institution (E.g. DBS) online services/iBanking and request for a replacement instantly.

While waiting for your replacement card, please inform us via live chat or email customer.support@hoolah.co, and we will assist you accordingly.

Once you have received your card, please update it on the consumer portal or the Hoolah's App. Click here to know how to update your payment method.
