The last thing which we want is to see you leave. If there is anything that we can do better to improve your experience with hoolah, please feel free to reach out to us. We value your feedback and will continuously improve to provide you with better service.

You may close your Account at any time provided that:

  • You have paid in full all Instalments associated with your Orders, and there are no outstanding payments;

  • You have repaid all Late Payment Charges imposed on you;

  • There are no outstanding disputes between you and hoolah or any Participating Merchant;

  • There are no outstanding Refunds or Reversals from a Participating Merchant that are still pending processing; and

  • You are not subject to any investigation regarding your Orders, Installments, or any other reason as reasonably determined by hoolah.
