When you make a purchase with hoolah or pay for an instalment, we’ll send you an email which highlights: 

  • The items which you have brought
  • How much you have already paid
  • The dates and amount of all the remaining instalments which are scheduled 
  • What debit/credit card are you using to pay the instalments – Last four digits 

Alternatively, you may log in to your account via consumer portal or download the hoolah app to have a full overview of all your transactions and installments which you have paid/scheduled.
